Are you an ambitious undergraduate student with a passion for the petroleum industry? We invite you to seize a remarkable opportunity at the IPTC (International Petroleum Technology Conference) Student Program, taking place on February 12, until February 14, 2024, in the vibrant Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Who's Eligible?

To participate in this prestigious program, you must meet the following criteria:

1- Academic Pursuit: Be actively enrolled in full-time undergraduate studies during your 3rd or 4th/final year as of September 1, 2023.
2- Society Affiliation: Hold membership in one or more of the four esteemed sponsoring societies: AAPG (American Association of Petroleum Geologists), EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers), SEG (Society of Exploration Geophysicists), and/or SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers).
3- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
4- Academic Leave: Secure permission from your program department to be away from your studies from February 10 to 15, 2024, including travel days.
5- Academic Excellence: Provide evidence that you rank among the top 40% of your class or major.
6- Previous Participation: Not have previously participated in IPTC, AAPG, EAGE, SEG, or SPE Education Programs.
7- Code of Conduct: Commit to following the IPTC Education Week Code of Conduct and provide a written commitment to both your institution and IPTC, affirming your attendance as scheduled.
